Terms & Conditions

Registration

By completing and submitting the online registration form, a binding agreement is established between the participant and Mediscon. A confirmation will be sent by email immediately after registration.

Payment

Registration fees are paid at the time of registration via the online registration form. Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice by email for your records. Access to the congress is only permitted upon full payment.

Cancellation by the Participant

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the secretariat.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the congress date.
  • Cancellations received after this deadline are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant, provided you notify us in writing in advance.
  • No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

Hotel Accommodation

If you have booked a hotel room through Mediscon, cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the congress. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged in full.

Changes by Mediscon

Mediscon reserves the right to change the date, venue, or programme, or to cancel the congress in case of force majeure. Participants will be informed as soon as possible. Any registration fees already paid will be refunded in full.

Liability

Mediscon is not liable for any damages arising in connection with participation in the congress, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Personal Data

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Your name and organisation will appear on your personal name badge. A participant list containing only your name and organisation — the same information as on your name badge — will be shared with congress sponsors during the week of the congress.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
